About the Delta copycats...

Since I am a founder of Delta Powerboats and have the Exclusive Design Rights, it is important to inform that the factory today also produces a line of Delta-boats behind my back that has a very close resemblance with the construction of the boats I have designed. The boat above is a light carbon racer with a minimal interior, but then I thought, perhaps it should have more interior volume as a weekend cruiser? Or perhaps both variants could be interesting..? Also with outboards as an option...

This design from 2018 may now come into production as an alternative to electric shuttle boats. With the Volvo Penta IPS/D8 engines running on HVO100 fossil free biodiesel it has a top speed near 40 knots and cruising at 30 knots with a range of 450 nautical miles. It can carry up to 60 passengers depending on the desired interior configuration and can of course also have climate control with both heating and air condition. The Carbon Fiber Delta 54 hull size is 16,6m x 4,6m...

The Sunday 25 is now updated with a larger cabin as she is more of a weekend- than a daysailer. I have also moved the forward pulpit a bit aft and added a Flexiteek deck for safety...

The next..?

My designs always starts like this, a lot of straight lines on my screen. This time I think it will be a 50 m contemporary classic yacht, inspired from what I have done in the past. The famous car designer Frank Stephenson once said what makes a good design are Nr1; Proportions, Nr2, Identity, Nr3 Desirability. Let's see if I can achieve those three goals on this....
