The D80 moves on

The new 80-footer is now being developed and a preliminary general arrangement is ready. I will start with the hull next week and it will be shaped around three IPS 1200 drives, with an option to have just two, keeping the same hull design. On the 54 there is an insert in the mold for the third engine, but I think we can do without that on this model.

Future Daycruiser

Since the plastic revolution there have been just two design lines of daycruisers, (if you exclude the RIB:s and Walkaround models), and this is the one Coronet started with the 21 DC in the mid sixties and the one where Sea Ray Cuddies have been most succesful. So I was thinking how the next style would look like. This design is at least diffferent from what is available today and could be with or without a foam fender and with or without a glass top. Self draining cockpit and with two beds, toilet and a small galley below. All in 26 feet and cruising around 40 knots with a 300 hp diesel.
